Our approach is straightforward: agree the scope, plan the right people for each fix and keep the quality of the work in view as the development progresses.
Before starting, we review the drawings, specification and programme with your team. We confirm what is included, which plots are ready and the skills needed for the upcoming work.
During the work, you have one point of contact for labour, progress and outstanding items. We coordinate with following trades and keep that responsibility through to ironmongery, snagging and the agreed handover checks.
Based in Nottingham, Varci works with housebuilders, developers and main contractors on labour-only and supply-and-fix packages. Our ambition is to build lasting working relationships by delivering joinery we are proud to put our name to.
